Welsh songstress Charlotte Church has revealed her desire to be dumped by boyfriend Kyle Johnson - so she can lose weight.

The 18-year-old told Closer magazine her break up with DJ Steven Johnson last year left her so distraught she shed pounds on the "heartache diet".

And now she jovially said she'd like the same to happen again.

"When I split with Steve I was devastated and I lost a stone in two weeks," she told the women's weekly.

"Kyle should do the dirty on me as well so I'll lose a stone!"

She said she had a truly horrid time when she broke up with aspiring model Johnson, but being slim made her feel an awful lot better.

"I wish I could look that good again but I don't like exercise," she added.
