Britney Spears says she's improved her singing - by crooning nursery rhymes.

The pop babe claims her singing voice has never been better since she's started warbling to her four-month-old son, Sean Preston.

She is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "I'll sing 'Mary Had A Little Lamb'. And I make up stuff.

"I found out after the baby that I can sing!"

Earlier this month, the sexy singer revealed she fears she will die the same way as Princess Diana.

The star claims she can't leave her Malibu home without being hounded by paparazzi, and is terrified they will put her life in danger in the future.

Britney believes she is in the same situation as the late British princess, who was killed following a car chase with snappers in 1997.

The star told America's People magazine: "I don't really go out with my son and it's kind of sad because I can't walk down the street with the stroller.

"This is how Princess Diana got killed."
