Britney Spears is planning legal action over her son's fractured skull.
Seven-month-old Sean Preston smashed his head earlier this month after "something snapped" in his high chair and he fell to the ground.
The singer rushed him to hospital where doctors said he had suffered a minor fractured skull.
Britney, 24, is now planning to sue the makers of the high chair, according to America's In Touch Weekly magazine.
A source said: "The chair's back broke. Britney's going to see if there was a fault in the chair."
Child welfare officers reported that she and Kevin Federline were not to blame for the incident, but Kevin's ex girlfriend is not convinced.
Shar Jackson, 29, who was pregnant with her second child when Kevin dumped her for the pop princess, has reportedly told Kevin that Britney can't be left alone with her children.
