Jimmy King is left bleeding and in dire agony after his arson attack on Andy Sugden dramatically backfires in an upcoming Emmerdale classic.
Cunning Jimmy, played by Nick Miles, ruthlessly goes about torching a barn belonging to Andy, played by Kelvin Fletcher, as part of an attempt to force Andy to sell the land.
Initially, the devious plan runs smoothly, helped by Jimmy's side-kicks Robert Sugden, played by Karl Davies, and Cain Dingle, played by Jeff Hordley, the latter of whom knocks Andy out prior to the fire starting madness.
But as Andy comes round and sees his barn alight, his teenage half-brother Daz, played by Luke Tittensor, gets a rush of blood, seizes a nearby pitchfork and rams into Jimmy's stomach.
"Basically, all hell is let loose," Karl explained to the Daily Star.
"The fire gets completely out of hand and who knows how bad the casualties will be?"
One thing known for sure, however, is that the heart-stopping scene is sure to be a massive hit with fans.
