Billie signs with Doctor

Billie Piper has revealed she will star in a third series of 'Doctor Who' - despite speculation she was quitting the show.

The former pop star insists she has already signed up to reprise her role as the Doctor's companion, Rose Tyler, for another season of the sci-fi hit.

Billie - who is currently starring in the second series - is quoted in Britain's The Sun newspaper as saying: "I've signed - my contract is for three series.

"I love playing Rose, everything about this show is gorgeous. There are lots of places for Rose to go."

Meanwhile, the sexy actress recently revealed she wants to take a film-making class - because she's desperate to do some homework.

The star said she would love to go back to college so she can do some serious studying.

She said: "I fancy studying film-making in New York, a six-week crash course where I get to do some homework and studying. I'm a bit of a boff at heart."
