The Euromillions prize of £1m has been won by David and Kathleen Long of Scunthorpe. The odds of winning again are 283 billion to 1.
Mr Long said that you just have to believe it will happen.
The first time he won, Mr Long used part of the money to buy his mum a home nearer to where he lived.
When he was asked why he continued to play the lottery after he had scooped the first million, he said that it was because he believed he was going to win again. He told family and friends that he would.
Mr Long said he bought a ticket when he saw advertised that 10 prizes of £1m would be won.
He won £7.20 on the number draw and when he and his wife checked the raffle numbers, they saw that they had won £1m.
The Longs are the first double winners to go public.
