The X Factor is set to bring back one of the previously eliminated acts to replace Frankie Cocozza.
Either Amelia Lily, 2 Shoes, James Michael or Jonjo Kerr will take the shamed 18-year-old's place, after he was booted off for breaking an X Factor "golden rule".
All four acts were sent home by judges during week one of the live shows, but now the public will decide who gets a second chance via a telephone vote.
Whoever receives the most votes will win their place back in the competition on Saturday.
A spokesperson for the singing reality show said:
"The four acts have never been in a public vote so, with Frankie leaving the competition, this is an opportunity for the public to decide who comes back to the show."
Cocozza had left the show on 8 November for breaking competition rules and despite speculation, the exact reason he was kicked off is yet to be confirmed.
He did, however, release a statement confirming his exit, saying:
"I no longer deserve my place in the show, so I am therefore leaving. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me."
Show bosses will announce voting details later today [10 November].
