Woolwich murder: Three arrested men bailed

The three men who were arrested in connection with the murder of Lee Rigby have been released on bail.

The three men who were arrested in connection with the murder of Lee Rigby have been bailed and are set to return later to a police station in London.

However, the two other men Michael Adebolajo, 28, and Michael Adebowale, 22, who were arrested at the scene of the crime, remain in custody in hospital.

 

They were shot and wounded by the police, however they are now in a stable condition, according to reports.

Another arrest was made in north London and another 22-year-old is now in custody, as of time of press. In addition, three people, a 29-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman, and a 29-year-old woman were also arrested on Thursday on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

The two women were released without charge on Friday while the man was released on bail.
