Woolly mammoth discovery to go on display

A woolly mammoth that was found frozen will go on display in Japan

A female woolly mammoth, understood to be 39,000 years old, is to be displayed in Tokyo.

 

The woolly mammoth was discovered frozen close to Siberia.

 

She is named as Yuka.

 

The finding will be displayed in Yokohama starting from July 13th to 16th September, 2013.
