On Saturday, Dylan Farrow released an open later accusing Midnight in Paris director Woody Allen of molesting her in a “dim, closet-like attic” when she was 7 years old.
Dylan Farrow was adopted by Woody Allen while he was in a relationship with actress Mia Farrow.
At the time of the alleged incident, Mr Allen was investigated but wasn’t charged. Although the prosecutors said that there was a probable cause, he chose not to charge Mr Allen because Dylan was too delicate to stand trial.
Publicist Leslee Dart said Mr Allen would respond directly "very soon". She added: "The experts concluded there was no credible evidence of molestation; that Dylan Farrow had an inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality; and that Dylan Farrow had likely been coached by her mother Mia Farrow,"
In her open letter, Dylan said that Mr Allen shouldn’t be praised by the people in the Hollywood. She went on: Mr Allen "told me to lay on my stomach and play with my brother's electric train set. Then he sexually abused me".
The allegations were made after Mr Allen and Ms Mia Farrow broke up amid revelations that Mr Allen had an affair with another adopted daughter, Soon-Yi.
Allen has recently been nominated for another Oscar, this time for his work on the screenplay to Blue Jasmine.
