Watts: Love on the rocks?

Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber's relationship is on the rocks, according to US reports.

Despite everything appearing to fine on the surface, the couple are said to have told friends that they're going through a rough patch.

A source said: "He's been telling people he's having 'girlfriend trouble'. She's been telling people to keep an eye out for new boyfriends."

Watts - who has made it to Hollywood's A-list thanks to the success of 'King Kong' - has reportedly told friends she is finding the 'Scream' actor too controlling.

An insider revealed to America's New York Daily News newspaper: "He wants her to stop working entirely and have a baby.

"He wants to review all her script offers. He even likes her to look a certain way."

The couple have been together since last spring (05) - after meeting on the set of 'The Painted Veil' - and, last December, were rumoured to be seeing a fertility specialist.

Watts' spokeswoman has denied the rift saying: "Everything is fine. This is total nonsense."
