Victoria Beckham celebrated her 32nd birthday last night (17.04.06) at her £4 million home in Madrid.

The lavish celebration was organised by her football ace husband David who flew in top chefs for the occasion.

Guests were treated to a lavish meal, prepared by the head chef of top London restaurant, Nobu.

The French-themed meal comprised of 11 courses from grilled sea bass, and salmon salad, to sorbet and exotic fruits.

The biggest extravagance of the evening came in the shape of an £8 million diamond Bulgari necklace presented to Victoria by her husband. David also gave her 32 white roses, one for every birthday she has had.

A source said: "He felt terrible about missing Victoria's last birthday and wanted to make up for it this time."

The bash was the first big social event David has organised at their Spanish home.

Meanwhile, Victoria is set to hold a pre-World Cup party this May for the England football team, and the couple's close friends.
