Cheryl Tweedy has warned the paparazzi not to try and take photographs up her skirt - because she could be menstruating.
The Girls Aloud beauty is sick of seedy shutterbugs trying to take a snap of her knickers and insists any opportunistic photographers should watch out in the future in case it is her "time of the month" - and she's wearing "big pants".
She said: "Up-the-skirt photos are awful and you can't do anything about it. It's just disgusting and degrading. I mean, who wants to look at that? It's sick!
"They should be considerate of the fact that maybe it's my time of the month, when you have to compensate by wearing big f***ing Bridget Jones-style knickers."
Earlier this week, Cheryl was voted the female star men want to see topless on Page 3.
The stunning singer topped a poll, conducted by website thesun.co.uk, to find the famous girl most male fans want to bare her breasts.
Amazingly, Cheryl - who is engaged to Arsenal footballer Ashley Cole - received almost a third of the total vote, which quizzed 12,000 readers, for the Celebrity Page 3 Idol competition.
In second place was former 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston, while Angelina Jolie - who is now dating Jennifer's ex-husband, Brad Pitt - came third.
