Tom Hanks has revealed that Pixar are making a fourth film in the Toy Story series.
The Oscar-winning actor, who voiced the character of Woody in all of three previous films, let the news slip in an interview with the BBC yesterday.
Fifty-four-year-old Hanks, whose new film Larry Crowne is out this week, told the broadcaster that the animation studio is currently in the process of making it:
"I think there will be, yeah. I think they're working on it now. There you go."
He seemed to confirm the news in another interview later in the day, telling radio station Magic 105.4:
"I think they are trying to do another one. The spirit afoot is to make a fourth."
The characters are also set to appear in a new short animation, Toy Story Toons: Hawaiian Vacation, which will be shown before Cars 2.
Toy Story 3 opened in cinemas last summer and pulled in more than $1billion at the box office worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film of 2010.
