Tara Palmer-Tomkinson scored a meagre six points in her appearance on "Celebrity Mastermind".
The 32-year-old socialite, with ten O-levels and three A-levels, answered only one general knowledge question correctly.
In her specialist subject, movie legend and fashion icon Audrey Hepburn, she was more successful.
A show insider told The Sun: "She was really brave to get in the Mastermind seat, but once she got there she fell to pieces.
"She only managed to answer four out of 12 questions about Audrey Hepburn and just one of the 12 general knowledge.
"She seemed quite flustered."
Tara was not alone in her misery. Comedienne Arabella Weir also scored just six - with a dismal showing in her specialist round.
Arabella scored just one point while answering questions on TV soap "Dallas".
Six is the lowest score ever recorded on the TV quiz.
Sports presenter Steve Ryder won the celebrity edition of the programme with 17, including a clean sweep of all 12 questions about The Masters Golf.
