While many of us acknowledge that our diets are less than 100% healthy, few are willing to swap the white wine for wheatgrass juice.

Swap coke for lemon iced tea
When you've worked up a bit of a thirst, it's tempting to reach for a cold glass of coke to cool down. But filled with 139 calories and 35g of sugar per can, it's far from being the best thirst quencher around.

Swap tuna mayonnaise baguette for tuna sushi
Tuna mayo is a perfect choice for alfresco eating, as it's quick, light and easy to prepare. But a crusty tuna mayonnaise baguette is laden with 535 calories and 23g of fat! So why not follow Sadie Frost's healthy example and snack on sushi instead? You can spice things up with tuna sushi rolls, which average around 140 calories and only 2g of fat in a serving.

Swap beefburger for grilled salmon
Tasty beefburgers can be hard to resist, but you might consider that a typical patty contains up to 630 calories and 32g of fat. One fillet has 220 calories, and 13g of healthy omega-3 fat which helps keep the heart healthy. What better incentive do you need?
