Susan Boyle was over the moon as she celebrates receiving honorary doctorate six years after storming Britain’s Got Talent stage. The 54-year-old from West Lothian completed her course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Posing with fellow student in her full robes, she described her accomplishment as a “great priviledge.”
SuBo wore a floral dress and was all smiles throughout the event. She is now one of the celebrities to have received RCS doctorates including Billy Connolly, Geraldine McEwan, and Annie Lenox.
Susan shot to fame after her memorable audition at Britain’s Got Talent where she immediately became a crowd favourite. She has gone on to sell millions of albums and is known worldwide for her unforgettable 2009 appearance.
