Pop group Steps are to get back together after ten years to film a fly-on-the-wall documentary.
Sky Living has commissioned a four-part series which will chart the reconciliation of the band, as well as showing what each of the members are doing now.
The documentary will capture the group as they recount their experiences whilst in Steps, the reasons behind the decision to disband, and their unresolved grievances from their days in the spotlight.
It will also focus on the bandÂ’s possible re-launch onto the UK music scene, showing Claire Richards, Faye Tozier, Lee Latchford-Evans, H and Lisa Scott-Lee going back to the recording studio and attending publicity events.
Mark Sammon, Head of Factual Entertainment at Sky, said:
"We'll document the in-fighting, jealousy and power struggles - it's not the sugar-coated Steps we all remember.
"IÂ’m delighted this British Pop phenomenon has given us access to their stories.
"And we can expect tears and dramatic confrontation as they attempt to put the past behind them and re-launch Steps 10 years on from their split."
Steps originally formed in 1997, and over four and a half years, the group sold over 15 million records and achieved 14 consecutive top five singles with their albums Step One, Steptacular, Buzz and Gold.
This will be the first time all the members of the band have been together since the split in 2001.
