Actor Jonathan Rhys-Meyers has checked into rehab for alcohol addiction, it has been reported.
The Tudors star, who has a long history of battling the addiction, spent 10 days in a London treatment centre in April, according to the Daily Mail.
It is believed to be the 33-year-old's fourth attempt at rehab, but he is now thought to have left due to work commitments.
The Irish star last sought help for his addiction back in May 2010, just days after allegedly screaming at airport staff after they refused to let him on a plane because he was drunk.
The incident is said to have been the last straw for the actor's girlfriend, make-up heiress Reena Hammer, who reportedly told him to check into rehab or I'm leaving you.
Rhys Meyers has previously been arrested at Dublin Airport or being drunk and in breach of the peace in November 2007. The charges were subsequently dropped.
He was also arrested in 2009 at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris, after allegedly assaulting a member of staff in a bar while intoxicated.
The actor has recently finished filming movie Albert Nobbs, in which he stars alongside Glenn Close, and romantic drama Belle de Seigneur with Natalia Vodianova.
