Slater desperate to rekindle marriage

Christian Slater has revealed he is desperate to rekindle his romance with estranged wife Ryan Haddon.

The Hollywood heartthrob, who split from Ryan last month, wants to do everything he can to patch up the couple's differences for the sake of their children.

He said: "I saw my wife recently, and everything was fine. I'm not going into details about our living situation, but I am naturally extremely keen to make sure everything works for the best."

Last month, it was reported the couple had separated after Ryan had struggled to adjust to life in London, where Christian was starring in West End play 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest', and had decided to move back to America with the children.

A friend said at the time: "Christian loves England but Ryan never really felt at home. They are both very sad."

Christian met Ryan in 1998 and they married two years later, after he convinced he had overcome his battle with drink and drug addictions.

However, Slater has been spotted out partying frequently since relocating to London, and has been linked to string of lapdancers in the last 12 months.
