After being cyber bullied, and after suffering from extreme anxiety and stress, Leann Rimes is fighting back by showing support to an anti-bullying campaign.
The country star, who recently finished a 30-day treatment in rehab due to anxiety, recently posted a message on the Butterfly Project’s photo page on Tumblr, giving the campaign a huge boost.
The 30-year old singer also uploaded a picture of herself with a butterfly drawn on her left wrist to show support for those people who, like her, have experienced online bullying.
An accompanying caption reads: “I've been reading about so many bully inflicted deaths. I wanted to show my support”.
It can be recalled that in August, Rimes had to deal with cyber bullies.
She launched legal action against two people, who are reportedly believed to be friends with her husband’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville. Rimes accused Kimberly and Lexi Smiley of invasion of privacy after they allegedly taped and released a part of a phone conversation.
The star called the Smileys about allegedly abusive messages they sent her via Twitter, as reported by Female First.
