It’s confirmed! Simon Cowell will return to the judges’ table for Britain’s Got Talent seventh series. He will be joined by fellow judges, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and David Williams. The show will still be hosted by Ant & Dec.
Simon said he is happy about his decision. "I loved doing the show last year, the new panel worked really well and I'm very happy they have all agreed to come back.” He says.
He added: "Last year was a special year for talent and I hope that in 2013, off the back of an amazing year for Britain, we find another global star."
Last year’s series, which attracted 14.5 million viewers on the final night, was won by dancing dog act Ashleigh and Pudsey who took home £500,000 in prize money. The duo has since appeared on various shows and at this year’s Royal Variety Performance.
To make the show even more exciting, the makers of the show encourage people to help in scouting fresh, amazing talents. If the act wins the competition, the scout will take home £10,000.
Auditions for the next season has already begun in cities across UK last October. The judge’s auditions will start in the New Year and will cover five cities.
