Sharon Osbourne agreed to star in the new series of 'The X Factor' so she could pay her plastic surgery bills.

The sexy star - who is being paid a reported for £500,000 to be a judge on the popular TV talent show alongside Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh - insists she only accepted the lucrative offer because she still needs to pay for her recent boob job.

She said: "I wish I could be a stay-at-home mum, but not with the doctor's bills I've got. That was my motivation for doing the show."

Meanwhile, Sharon - who has had had extensive plastic surgery, including a boob job, bum implant and face lift - says she was so self-conscious she used to make love to rocker husband Ozzy in the dark.

She confessed to Britain's Closer magazine: "I'd never want to make love with the light on. I'd roll myself not only in the sheet, but the duvet and the bloody pillows. Ozzy would tell me I was daft.

"Now I've never felt happier in my skin. I've had so much plastic surgery, face, neck, breasts, lip and leg lifts, a bum implant and a tummy tuck. I've had it all and it's fabulous."
