Sharon Stone has made a last-minute dash to America - after she was told she has a new baby.

The sexy actress - who was in London filming the second 'Basic Instinct' film - jetted to Los Angeles after a surrogate mother gave birth to the star's second child.

The Hollywood beauty, who already has an adopted four-year-old son, Roan, with ex-husband Phil Bronstein, has been expecting another boy.

Last month, it was revealed Stone couldn't wait to add to her family when her publicist, Cindi Berger, revealed: "Sharon absolutely would love to adopt another child."

The screen beauty split from Bronstein in 2003 and recently admitted she was enjoying being a single mother - as it had improved her taste in men.

She confessed: "I'm dating again and that's nice, because my choice of men is better now.

"I'm just looking for what we're all looking for, which is to give my love and have it received with generosity."
