The final episode of The Osbournes will see Sharon break down as she comes to terms with her family's problems.
A family therapist enters the house for the last episode of the hard-hitting reality TV show and sets about getting the family to open up to him and themselves.
But Sharon ends up in tears after expert Dr Phil McGraw discusses her role as mother and the effect husband Ozzy's past hijinks have had on the clan.
The episode, which screened in America last night and will hit our screens on April 17th, also sees daughter Kelly weeping over her lost childhood.
"I can't even remember a time when I was a kid when we'd ever go out as a family or go to a movie with my dad," she said.
"He'd fall asleep in my school meetings. I thought that's the way that all families are."
But both her and her mother were sobbing away as she admitted that Ozzy getting off the booze was the "best thing he could have given her".
Sharon herself admitted that she could have been a better mother to her children Jack, 19, and Kelly, 20 but later revealed the therapeutic effect the show has had on her family.
"After three years, the MTV cameras became part of the family, documenting what is possibly the most dramatic year we have had," she said.
"Though it was rough sometimes, we are truly blessed to have had this amazing experience."
The show first was broadcast in the UK in May 2002.
