Prince William joined Jon Bon Jovi and Taylor Swift as they sang Livin’ on a Prayer.

 Prince William made a gala concert more memorable as he joined singers Taylor Swift and Jon Bon Jovi on stage to sing the latter’s big hit Livin’ on a prayer.

The impromptu rendition took place at Kensington Palace during the Winter Whites Gala in support of homeless charity Centrepoint.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift said it was an honour to perform at the palace. "This is my first time playing at Kensington Palace or any palace for that matter.”

"I want to thank you for having me Prince William, this is just amazing."

Bon Jovi was presented by Centrepoint Britain Youth Inspiration Award by Prince William for his humanitarian work. The singer said: "Nights like this happen once in a lifetime but the chance to affect change can last a lifetime.

"Each one of you tonight has that chance to affect change."
