The latest contestant has been fired from Lord SugarÂ’s boardroom as their team is told theyÂ’ve put in the worst performance ever.
Joy Stefanicki was fired from the BBC One reality show after her all-female team, Apollo, performed poorly and failed to sell any units of their unique beach accessory.
This is the first time in the seriesÂ’ history that a team has failed to sell any of their products.
The 31-year-old was axed over the two other candidates in the board room, team leader Laura Moore and ‘aggressive’ Joanna Riley, for taking a backseat in the show’s task.
Joy said: “I was stabbed in the back in the boardroom. I was pleased he told Joanna she was aggressive but his actions didn't match his words.
“The whole thing was a ridiculous circus and I hope people see that. Joanna didn't get fired because Lord Sugar knows that's what makes good telly.”
