Neighbours of Sean Bean have kept him from building a roof terrace at his London home. Based on reports, four of his neighbours worked together to make sure that his bid to build an open-air terrace would be rejected.
These people claimed that the actor, together with his family and guests, will have a clear view of their bedrooms and living rooms if the actor’s plan was pushed through, as reported by Female First.
Last week, planning officers formally rejected the bid saying the terrace would cause “demonstrable harm to the amenity of adjoining properties.”
The street where the actor lives is located in a conservation zone and it is understood it is challenging to obtain planning consent.
Reportedly the actor bought the four-bedroom property 14 years ago for £1.5million when he was married to Abigail Cruttenden. They divorced in 2000.
