Scarlett's Italian stir

Scarlett Johansson caused a stir among excited Italian men at the Rome premiere of her new movie 'Match Point'.

The screen beauty was greeted by hundreds of male admirers calling her name and trying to get close to her as she walked up the red carpet.

Security guards had to step in to control the throng of fans as the sexy star made her way into the theatre.

An onlooker said: "Italian men are incredibly romantic by nature and when they saw Scarlett they naturally got carried away.

"There was a huge surge as everyone rushed forward but luckily the security guards were on hand to manage things."

Earlier this week, it was revealed Scarlett had moved in with boyfriend Josh Hartnett.

The actress, who has been dating Josh since falling for him on the set of movie 'The Black Dahlia', has set-up home with the heartthrob actor in his lavish New York apartment.
