Denise Richards has agreed to drop a restraining order against soon-to-be ex-husband Charlie Sheen.
The order - which required the 'Hot Shots' star to stay at least 300 yards from Denise and their daughters, Sam, two, and Lola, one, except for supervised visits with the children - expired yesterday (15.08.06).
It has now been revealed that Richards agreed to drop the order as part of the terms of the divorce.
The couple agreed divorce terms on Monday (14.08.06) though the legal separation is still to be finalised.
As the couple have now reached an "amicable" settlement Richards has lifted the lid on why the relationship failed.
In an interview to be published in September's Harper's Bazaar, the former Bond girl says they were just too "different" and admits she couldn't cope with Sheen's wild lifestyle.
She said: "The dynamic of Charlie and me just didn't work. We are two very different individuals. But when I met him, I really fell in love with him.
"Like everyone else, I'd heard about his past, but I couldn't comprehend it. I've never done drugs, never been around a prostitute, never known any porn stars. I couldn't even fathom that lifestyle.
"Thank God we're able to end it now instead of spending 10 years together being unhappy."
