Release Ashya King's parents demand his family

Mr and Mrs King have been arrested for taking their son from the hospital without permission

Brett King and Naghemeh King, who took their five-year-old son from the hospital without permission, were arrested and are now facing extradition.

 

Brett King and Naghemeh King took their five-year-old son, who is suffering from cancer, from the hospital without permission last week prompting a massive manhunt. The couple was arrested after it was found that the family stayed in Spanish hostel. They are now facing extradition.

 

Now, the family members of seriously ill Ashya King are demanding for the release of his parents so they can be reunited with their son who is now alone in a Spanish hospital.

 

Grandmother Patricia King said: “I am so upset. It has been an absolute disgrace and I have nothing but condemnation for the police.

 

“I cannot understand why they have taken the parents away from Ashya and they are not allowed to see him.

 

“How is that going to help the poor little love?”

 

She added: “I just wish they hadn't been found. I completely trust Brett's opinion on it all and he's very angry about what's gone on over the last few days.

 

"It's absolutely disgusting to see our family all over the news.”
