The Risk and Johnny Robinson have become the latest acts to be eliminated from The X Factor.
The boyband were the first to be thrown out of the competition at the weekend, finishing bottom in the public vote after failing to impress with their rendition of Shalamar's A Night To Remember.
Following the bandÂ’s exit, Robinson and Kitty Brucknell did battle in the sing-off for the judges' votes.
All four judges opted to send Robinson home and save Brucknell, with Overs mentor Louis Walsh saying:
"I have to save the person I think in the real world who would get a recording contract and go further. I'm not going to cop out, I'm going to make a decision and the act I have to send home is Johnny."
After joining his act on the stage, Walsh burst into tears and hugged Robinson, who then thanked the judges and "everybody in the UK that accepted me for just being me".
Meanwhile over on Strictly Come Dancing, Lulu became the latest act to be voted off.
The singer and her professional dance partner Brendan Cole found themselves in the bottom two, alongside Audley Harrison and his partner, Natalie Lowe.
After being confirmed as this weekÂ’s loser, Lulu commented:
"Everything about Strictly has been amazing. The people in front of the camera, the people behind the camera, the audience - the judges!
"I would never have missed it for a minute. It is just a lifetime's very special experience."
Strictly Come Dancing returns next Saturday at 6.55pm on BBC One, while the X Factor continues next Saturday at 8.15pm on ITV1.
