Paris Hilton's ex-fiancé Paris Latsis thinks she is "the most incredible woman" he has ever met.

The Greek shipping heir has nothing but kind words for the hotel heiress despite her calling off their engagement.

He said: "I respect her decision and appreciate the very kind and generous manner in which she is handling her very difficult decision.

"This was the best experience of my life and I will always be grateful for it."

Since the break-up, Hilton has apparently already found herself a new Greek millionaire.

The blonde beauty is reportedly dating 20-year-old Stavros Niarchos, whose family is worth a staggering $7.5billion.

Paris and Stavros, who used to date actress Mary-Kate Olsen, were spotted canoodling at Los Angeles nightspot Spider Club last week.

Paris had called off the engagement saying she was not ready for marriage.
