Ozzy Osbourne is at the centre of a plastic surgery riddle.

Top cosmetic surgeons claim the wild rocker - whose wife, Sharon, has undergone various procedures to make her look younger - looks as though he has had several operations on his face.

Dr Mervyn Patterson of the Woodford Medical Clinic revealed: "It appears that Ozzy has had significant facial surgery. He's had fat removed from bags beneath his eyes and had the skin tightened. This reduces bulging and lining, giving a much fresher look around the eyes.

"By the looks of it, he's also had some form of lifting procedure in the lower face to correct the sagging that comes with ageing. And it's likely he's had liposuction to remove excess fat in the lower face and neck."

Dr Patterson also believes Ozzy appears to have had semi-permanent make-up and skin toning procedures.

He said: "I think he's had semi-permanent make-up applied to his face to give him a more defined, wider-eyed look. Also there's a definite improvement in facial redness caused by sun damage. This has almost certainly been achieved with the help of a course of photo rejuvenation, improving his skin colour and texture."

Ozzy's spokesperson declined to comment.
