Contestants of Celebrity Island are being encouraged to get hot and steamy - but viewers will be excluded from any action.
Fans of Abi Titmuss and Rebecca Loos will be able to watch them sunning themselves and flirting for five weeks on a paradise island.
But if any of the celebs actually take it further then the cameras will shy away and focus on other, less salacious events.
According to the Daily Star, the aim is to provide "tease not sleaze" as ITV aims to win viewers of all ages with its latest telly offering.
The approach follows that of the first reality TV nookie in 2003's Teen Big Brother, where the fumblings of Tommy Wright and Jade Dyer were hidden under the duvet.
"We're not after an orgy. It's important that it's not a sleazy," said executive producer Natalka Znak.
"It will be about intrigue - did they or didn't they share a bed?"
