Jessica Simpson has vowed nothing will break-up her marriage to husband Nick Lachey - despite allegations he cheated on her.

The sexy singer - who stars in MTV's 'Newlyweds' with Nick - claims his 'secret' dinner date with ex-girlfriend Jordana Jarjura was totally "innocent", despite the fact she knew nothing about it.

She told America's Us Weekly magazine: "I trust Nick totally, and he trusts me. We are committed to our relationship.

"There are lessons to be learned from that dinner. Now Nick and I will tell each other about something like this ahead of time."

The blonde beauty also denied claims their conflicting work schedules was affecting their relationship.

She added: "He's always the last person I talk to before I go to sleep."

Last year, the couple's marriage was alleged to be on the rocks after sources claimed that Nick was clashing with Jessica's parents.

A friend revealed at the time: "He feels like he is trying to have his own career and Jessica's parents give him no respect. They don't treat him well. Once the MTV cameras have gone, Nick wants some time alone."

The couple wed in October 2002 and Jessica famously waited until her wedding night before she lost her virginity.
