Harrison Ford is set to star in a new thriller called "The Wrong Element".

The actor will take on the role of a security chief for a global bank who sees his family kidnapped, according to Variety.

Ford's character will be asked to defeat his own security protocols and steal millions to rescue his loved ones.

But after his family is safe he must clear his own name - after the kidnappers create a web of deceit implicating him with embezzlement.

The film, produced by Warner Bros, will be Ford's next project - it replaces the fourth Indiana Jones movie, which was put on hold after script problems.
