Colin Farrell is a mummy's boy, fellow actor Jamie Foxx has claimed.

According to Oscar-winning Foxx, his 'Miami Vice' co-star - famed for his playboy image - is just a sensitive guy who is accompanied by his mother and sister at all times.

He said: "Colin has this endearing thing about him. Good-looking guy, charm, women go absolutely crazy. But he's really this young, sincere kid. People don't get a chance to see that. You hope someone's letting him know the ins and outs and watching out for him, because he's such an honest, pure guy.

Foxx added in an interview with Britain's Sunday Times magazine: "Colin has his mother and sister with him all the time."
