Marc Anthony 'quits show'

Just five months ago, Jennifer Lopez announced that she would be divorcing her husband of seven years and father to her two children, Marc Anthony.

Anthony is well known for being protective, so it is little surprise that he has reportedly blown up over the news she has a toy boy who is almost half her age.

Before the split, the couple had signed a contract to film a Latin talent show together, involving the pair travelling to different countries in search of Latin Americas next big thing.

Both parites and producers were apparently happy for the project to continue - despite the break-up - however, after finding out that Jennifer has started a relationship with backing dancer Casper Smart, Anthony has refused to work with Lopez.

A source reportedly told American Star magazine:

"Marc and J.Lo had a tense conference call while she was in Morocco. Inevitably, the discussion boiled down to her new boyfriend and Marc made the decision not to work with Jennifer last week as a result."

According to reports, this left Jennifer filming scenes for the programme by herself, as the tension and pride damage was too much for Anthony.

He has also reportedly told the man behind the show, Simon Fuller, that he is considering quitting the show for good.
