Mouthy BB housemate Makosi Musambasi has launched a plea to avoid deportation back home to Zimbabwe.
The star of Big Brother Six is scared that if she is sent back to dictator Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe she will be terrorised by thugs.
Makosi's lawyer, Mark Henderson, told a tribunal yesterday that she has become a notorious hate figure in the country following her antics in the house.
She is no doubt particularly worried that her shenanigans in the house pool with winner Anthony Hutton will not stand her in good stead should she return.
"She's perceived as having behaved in a shameful and un-African manner in the British media and having violated Zimbabwean taboos," Mr Henderson said.
"Comments in the Zimbabwean media about her sexuality mean my client would make an ideal target for the vicious Mugabe Youth and other thugs."
Makosi's trial has been adjourned until November 17th after deportations to Zimbabwe were suspended by the UK government last week.
After the tribunal Makosi said: "I love being here and I'm happy to wait for my day in court for justice to be done."
Makosi broke the terms of her UK visa by quitting her job as a nurse in the summer in order to appear on the reality TV series.
