Ozzy Osbourne has had two smiley face tattoos etched onto his kneecaps - to stop him from getting lonely.
The rocker hates being on his own and decided that he wanted to the reassurance of a couple of friendly faces wherever he was.
He told American talk show host Conan O'Brien: "I hate being alone. I suffer from loneliness. So, I just got two little faces on my knees.
"When I'm p***ing people off they don't want to talk to me so I can always pretend they're alive and talk to them.
"My son Jack has just had it done - it's like a family tradition, an Osbourne family tradition."
The former Black Sabbath frontman also revealed he keeps failing his driving test.
Ozzy, who almost died in 2003 after a quad bike accident, says, although he can drive, he can't do it legally because he has never been sober when he's taken a test.
He said: "I've taken tests about four or five times in England but, I was so stoned and loaded that I failed, but I can drive great."
