Lenny Kravitz is being sued for almost US$10,000 over a blocked toilet.
The rocker has been hit with a lawsuit by a neighbour in his New York apartment block, who claims his home was ruined when Kravitz's clogged lavatory flooded.
Dan Pelson says he suffered US$9,387.87 worth of damage when the star's toilet "became blocked, clogged and congested, thereby causing water to flood into the apartment".
It is not the first lawsuit brought against Kravitz because of his flooded bathroom.
Last October, the singer faced legal action for allegedly causing over US$300,000 worth of water damage to another apartment below his.
Amica Mutual Insurance Co - who paid out the enormous sum - filed a lawsuit against the star and wanted him to reimburse them fully for the claim, plus incurred costs.
The US insurers insisted the damage was caused by the singer's "negligence and carelessness" in allowing one of the toilets in his home to become clogged with "various materials".
Kravitz purchased the US$13million Manhattan apartment in 2001 and it reportedly has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a games room and a 3,000 square foot terrace.
