Coronation Street's Leanne Battersby is set to pounce again - and she has Nick Tilsley in her sights.

Nick dropped Leanne and she is out for revenge, with the added boost of rubbing his fiancee's nose in it.

Leanne, played by Jane Danson, has an agenda against the possibly future Mrs Tilsley. The beautiful Battersby will not forgive Maria Sutherland, played by Samia Ghadie, for sleeping with her sister Toya's college lecturer and messing up her life.

"Leanne wants to wreck Nick and Maria's lives," a soap insider told The Daily Star today.

"Leanne will really come on to Nick and it will revive his memories of how good she was in bed," the Street source adds.

"I think we can discount wedding bells for [Nick and Maria] for the foreseeable future."

Leanne's plans will signal the beginning of the end for Nick Tilsley - with actor Adam Rickitt, who plays the soap stud, set to leave in the near future.
