Le Blanc 'not dumb'

Matt Le Blanc is fed up with fans thinking he is as dumb as his TV character 'Joey'.

The hunky actor, who has been playing dippy Joey Tribbiani since hit sitcom 'Friends' started over ten years ago, is also tired of people shouting his famous catchphrase at him.

He revealed: "I've lost count of how many times people have said, 'How you doin'?' But I have the upper hand in those conversations."

Matt recently confessed he didn't always enjoy shooting his new spin-off show, 'Joey', because he missed his old 'Friends' co-stars too much.

The 38-year-old heartthrob admitted he wished he was still working with the popular comedy's stars - Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer.

He particularly missed Matthew Perry, who played Joey's best friend Chandler Bing.

Matt, who now co-stars with 'The Sopranos' beauty Drea de Matteo, revealed at the time: "When I first got to the stage, I kept waiting for the door to open and for Chandler to walk in."
