Kate Moss' strummer love

Kate Moss has been getting cosy with Strokes guitarist, Albert Hammond Jr.

The pair were spotted getting intimate at London's Cuckoo Club on Wednesday night (22.02.06).

An onlooker said: "Kate, Sadie Frost and their gang took over some tables at the back of the club and ordered bottles of vodka, but Kate only had eyes for Albert.

"He was whispering in her ear and she was smiling and laughing at everything he said.

"When someone interrupted to speak to Kate, she just batted them off to continue gazing at Albert."

At the end of the night, the smitten pair left the venue together.

However, the 26-year-old rocker - whose group won Best International Band at last night's NME Awards (23.02.06) - has played down rumours of a romance.

He said: "Being with Kate was drunken and friendly.

"She's a cool girl and I had a fun night, but I'm seeing someone."

Hammond is not the first musician Moss has been linked to.

Previous lovers include Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty, Kasabian's Serge Pizzorno and US singer Har Mar Superstar.
