Jennifer Lopez's new album looks set to officially be a flop.
The sexy singer's comeback record 'Rebirth' has slipped down to 20 in the US Billboard Top 100 after just five weeks in the chart.
And now J.Lo has gone $150,000 over the marketing budget set by Epic records in a desperate bid to try and promote the seemingly doomed long-player.
A source said: "You won't be hearing much more of the album after the budget crisis."
According to reports, some of Lopez's dancers have now quit performing with the star after not being paid for their services.
The source added: ""They haven't been paid in like a month."
The record was released at the beginning of March, amid much hype, and entered the US chart at number 2 before slipping down to number four and now looks set to crash out of the top-twenty altogether.
A record industry insider savaged the record earlier this month, saying: "It shows that Jennifer's grip on the public's imagination is slipping and, let's face it, the album isn't that good. With the amount of flops she's had in her recent movies, she's pretty upset."
Despite starring in a string of critically savaged movies, including 'Gigli' and 'Jersey Girl', the singer - who is married to Latin singer Marc Anthony - has previously enjoyed an extremely successful music career.
Lopez's last album, 2001's 'J.Lo', sold an incredible four million copies in the US and enjoyed major commercial success in the UK and Europe.
