It all seems to be going a bit Pete Tong for former Rear of the Year and Hollywood actress Jennifer Lopez, who, following a string of movie turkeys, is now having to contend with the less than amorous advances of one of her ever expanding list of past husbands.
Ojani Noa, J-Lo's first husband, has revealed he is suing the multi-million dollar actress/dancer/singer for an alleged breach of contract in which Ms Lopez is said to have wrongly fired her old flame as manager of her restaurant in Pasadena.
According to the lawsuit, Noa claims he quit his job managing Los Angeles' Conga Room more than two years ago in order to take up a 500-a-week job running J-Lo's exclusive Mexican restaurant, Madres.
Noa now claims that he had entered into a verbal agreement with the star that he would not be dismissed "without good cause or reason".
He was fired six months later, in October 2002, and is now seeking unspecified damages.
"Mr Noa tried to call Ms Lopez to find out what prompted this sudden change of events," his lawyers wrote. "His calls went unreturned."
