Michael Jackson is stable and recovering at home, a day after he was rushed to hospital with a "severe" case of the flu.
The troubled singer had collapsed on his way to his child molestation trial on Tuesday (15.02.05) forcing aides to divert his car to the nearest Los Angeles hospital.
After 24 hours treatment, the star was smuggled out of the Marian Medical Center into a waiting car and rushed to his Neverland Ranch home.
Meanwhile, his doctor said he was still suffering with "viral symptoms" but was in "good spirits".
Jackson's spokesperson also confirmed: "He's still not feeling well, but he's going to continue his recovery at home."
Jackson's trial was postponed for a week after his defence attorney Thomas Messereau told the Santa Maria court on Tuesday (15.02.05) that the star, who was seen sniffling in court earlier this week, had fallen "very, very ill".
He had been due to appear for the second day of individual questioning of potential jurors.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed Jackson is calling on a star-studded list of witnesses to help defend him over the 10 child abuse charges, which he has denied.
