"Pop Idol" judge Dr Neil Fox has said the TV talent show will be back for a third series, and he will return with it.
Series supremo and 'Mr Nasty' Simon Cowell will be back as well Dr Fox said.
"It's a great show so I'm very excited about it. It's great because I get to sit with my mates and have a laugh. You really do get to see some bad acts, it's hilarious," Foxy commented.
Foxy reckons Nikki Chapman and Pete Waterman will also appear again, but there is a question mark over Ant and Dec.
Rumours say that the Geordie duo are tiring of the format and that they may return to the BBC.
There were some fears that the lack of success of 2003 winner Michelle McManus "Pop Idol" might put the show at risk.
Foxy's comments come as the news breaks that he has signed a six programme deal with ITV. One of the shows is a karaoke Pop Idol-style show called "No Talent Required".
