Friends star Lisa Kudrow has spoken out about the show's possible return, saying that she doesn't think it will "ever happen".
Kudrow, who played kooky character Phoebe Buffay in the long-running sitcom, is quoted as telling E! Online:
"I don't think it will ever happen whether any of us want it to happen or not.
"I don't think any of us would do it unless [Friends co-creators] David Crane and Marta Kauffman wrote it and I don't know how they could do it."
Forty-eight-year-old Kudrow's words echo those of her former co-star, Matt LeBlanc, who recently revealed that a Friends come-back wasn't likely.
He told Digital Spy:
"There's no plans for anything like that. Everyone seems to be talking about that these days, but nope, no irons in the fire there."
Friends followed a group of six thirty-somethings, played by Kudrow, LeBlanc, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry, Courtney Cox and Jennifer Aniston, as they went about their lives in New York.
The series ran from 1994 to 2004.
